Tate'sMost cookie fanatics are likely familiar with the buttery crispness of Tate’s, an East Coast company that distributes their addictive chocolate chip cookies nationwide.

Now, those who buy gluten-free can get in on the action. With a growing number of bakers ditching regular flour to accommodate the intolerant, Tate’s has taken a stab as well – and the result is good enough that our staffers kept going back for more.

The cookies are made primarily with brown rice flour, and though the texture is a little different, the flavor is, well, Tates.
